Job DescriptionThe perfect opportunity has arisen for a Native Swedish speaking personwith the proven ability in Customer Service to work in the Sunny island of Malta with a leading iGaming Company in Malta. Description of Duties: • Translate documents and templates from English to Swedish • Respond to customer requests and enquiries in Swedish via phone, e-mail and live chat • Managing customer accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges) • Providing information on customer deposits and cash outs • Informing customers about current and upcoming promotions • Assisting customers with connection and technical issues • Informing customers regarding games and game rules • Responding to customers concerns about site integrity • Promote products and services in such a way as to generate profitable turnover Skills & Abilities Required: • A proven ability in providing a high standard of customer service is essential • Must be over 18 years of age • A keen interest in one or more sports is an advantage Successful candidates will possess the following: • Native Swedish speaker with excellent written and spoken English • Customer Service experience essential • Proficiency in MS Office • Excellent communication skills Apply: Customer Service Agent - Swedish | Have a question?
