Job DescriptionSkills: This post calls for a driven and service minded team player with initiative and excellent problem solving capabilities. Ideally, candidates will possess knowledge of basic Linux (using basic commands; grep/less etc - tools required to check log files, extract/search info in logs), basic Java and HTML/JSP. Experience using SQL is a must.
Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in working with 1st or 2nd line support. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the gaming industry, is an asset.
Duties: The selected candidate will respond to customers’ service requests via email; monitor all application/Database Servers; escalate reproduced issues to core/developers team for bug fixing; solve problems in close co-operation with customers and compile SQL code to extract reports from the production databases. He/She will be the single point of Contact for all customers and 3rd party suppliers.
