To be honest, I have a university education and a totally unrelated degree to the business or gaming world. Is a Customer Support role my only option at starting in the online igaming world?

A customer support role is the best base you can imagine in the igaming world. By understanding your customers fully (and CS is the best way to be on the front line) you'll then be able to move to another more senior role.

Honestly, nothing in any way related to the igaming world or business. I have a B.A. (Hons) in English Language however I have always been interested in the mathematics of gambling.

Would there be any potential role in the industry for me?
