There is no exchange with the liquidity of betfair so you won't find a better one. Some that are improving and starting to close the gap (they never will though) are betdaq and betsson.

Yes, Betsson are Swedish. They posted huge profits last year and are a stable company.

Betfair are out on their own when it comes to betting exchanges. There is no company that can get anywhere close to them at the moment. I've tried betdaq who are the closest alternative however the value is not the same.
