California Close to Legalizing Online PokerCalifornia AB 2026, a bill to regulate Internet gambling in California which was introduced to the Legislature in February by Lloyd E. Levine, a Democratic assemblyman, passed the Senate Governmental Organization Committee in a 7-to-1 vote on Tuesday. It now moves to the Senate Appropriations Committee for fiscal review.
