Anyone knows of a good CRM software platform. Ideally it would be totally online and can be remotely
accessed from the net. I've been looking at a few solutions however they are quite complicated to use. I'm looking for something very simple and straightforward.This is ment to generate monthly reports both for LGA and player statistics.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

A quick Google for "crm gpl" brings up a number of other choices though.
we have a web-based Customer Portal Experience that targets this market niche. As Nathan suggested the ideal solution is a bespoke system as you retain full control and optimize your efforts on what you and your customers need.
However this solution is not as costly as some of the Enterprise Hosted and Standalone solutions on the market.
To Natahan's comment I would like to add that one of the real main benefits is that you can consolidate your information systems and provide a whole solution rather than a string of disconnected entities.

I think you are assuming that a bespoke solution is developed from scratch. This of course makes little sense for anybody.
Infusionsoft however is an Email Marketing Tool and its CRM is geared to enhance the Email Marketing effectiveness. There are quite a few solutions our there and many try to focus on a niche market rather than compete on the full out CRM.
I think a bespoke solution is right for a company that is unable to find an existing solution or is unable to extend an existing solution. If I wanted to add features to Infusionsoft - I would not know how to do that - they have an API but that only allows control and interchange of the existing features....
Bespoke does not have to be costly - I think the primary focus is to first assess the requirements - then perform research. Having a clear idea of what you need makes it easier to either find the right solution or inquire about a bespoke solution.
