We are looking for Czech, Scandinavian, German, Polish and French Support Agents to work for iGaming company in Malta.

Qualifications:

Native speakers, with the ability to translate from English to their native language.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Computer literate.
Polite and able to work in a team.
Able to work on a 24/7 schedule.
Residing in Malta or willing to relocate here.

Bonus qualifications:
Interest in and knowledge about the iGaming industry.
A university degree.
Previous experience in the sector.
Previous experience making out-bound calls.
The role entails communicating and assisting customers via e-mail and live chat in native language and English.
Phone assistance may also be required.

I successfully completed a diploma in Tour Guiding that involves all aspects of the leisure industry. Complementing this I have several years experience in customer service, administration, selling and hospitality. Furthermore I am an excellent communicator, quick learner and I am also well practised with professional and calm attitude while juggling the many issues that can arise in a busy work environment.
