Did anyone see the longest drive competition yesterday evening on Eurosport between Europe and USA? I didn't catch the end of the event and wondered who won? And why were the drives measured in metres? I thought golf always worked on yards!?!?!?

Who holds the record for the biggest winning margin in a golf Major? Does Tiger hold the record?

What is the average price for a hole in one to be hit in a major tounament? Is it worth having a bet on?

Discuss.... Luck for me, there is no way that you can aim for the hole itself. Players just try to get as close as they can to the hole and a hole in one is a freak bonus.

Made a quadruple bogey on the last at the British Open to end up out of the top 10. Was 10th place at +12. Some probably lost a lot of money on that! He was 10.0 to finish in the top 10. Ouch
