Marketing Director - Online Gaming Casino

Job Purpose

The Marketing Director will report to the CEO and will be responsible for the marketing performance of the company’s operation through its relationship with the marketing teams in the Malta and UK.


Key responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for guiding, defining and implementing the Company Marketing Strategy and review all marketing expenditure online with marketing strategy, budget and targets.

  • Monitor and measure marketing costs against budget / forecast.

  • Ensure that the marketing team’s requirements in terms of data analysis are met.

  • Communication of new product development to the marketing teams and help devise plans to maximize potential returns. Ensure that synergies between international businesses are leveraged.

  • Analyze marketing effectiveness and performance, producing a weekly / monthly report highlighting the live activities and their relevant successes.

  • Create standard contract templates to be used by the service provider.

  • Responsible for reviewing and agreeing all marketing partner and third party contracts.

  • Competitor monitoring and analysis (liquidity, marketing promotions, trade announcements and strategy)

  • Defining processes to ensure marketing compliance with licence regulations.

  • Manage software developer marketing products and monitor effectiveness of Technical performance in terms of service uptime and project delivery online with marketing roadmap

  • Keep abreast of online gaming market place - thinking of new ways to keep us ahead of the competition. Attendance and representation at key external industry conferences.

  • Working within a solid marketing team to plan and implement online advertising campaigns, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and purchase both online and offline media.

  • Oversee the Affiliate initiatives.

  • Oversee the SEO initiatives.

  • Negotiate best deals with media representatives.

  • Coordinate various online/offline initiatives, including the integration, recording and analysing of performance data for each campaign.

  • Achieve overall Marketing targets.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for online gaming industry.

  • A self-motivated character that has the desire to succeed in a fast paced business environment.

  • Fluent in English

  • Italian (preferred but not a must) 


Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree level or above.

  • Professional marketing qualification (preferred but not essential)

  • A minimum of 4 years marketing experience of at least two Marketing channels
