I remember seeing some very old messages about some people having many years of past toto results and about techniques used in forecasting winning draw numbers, or at least, attempt to forecast winning numbers. could any one help me out please? Someone introduced me to moving averages but we all know that doesn't work.
Any web sites for toto and 4D in Singapore, besides Singapore pools that is?
