I look for the following features:

- Levels of Customer support
- Variety of games
- I prefer download based platforms
- Cost of cards (not too expensive)
- Good bonuses
- Good chat games

I would put them in this order:

1) Good bonuses
2) Variety of games
3) Levels of Customer support
4) Download based platforms
5) Good chat games
6) Cost of cards (not too expensive)

Hi Bingomaster, I agree with luckyabc here in that most players first preference when choosing a bingo site would be the bonus structure it offers. I also think the name of the site - brand pays a great deal of importance too and the graphics.
