WEB HOSTING A CASINO SITE IN USA ,ACCESSED ONLY BY FOREIGNERSThis is a discussion thread · 9 replies Bogosian: I want to host a casino site on an USA server and dont know whether i will be chased for violating any law.The site will offer playing gambling games only to foreigners(to romanians) and will be in Romanian and you will be able to bet only if you have a Romanian debit card,so only romanias will access it.Will i vioalate any law?If so when will i be caught having in mind that all the text will be in Romanian and it will be hard to understand what this site is about if you dont know the language?Thanks in advance.

I pretty sure that what you are intending is illegal under US Code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 95, Section 1955 and is punishable by up to 5 years in a federal prison. You might consider protecting your poop chute by hosting the site elsewhere.

From my past experience I don't think you have to worry about any thing if you host your web site with them. Suvra
