I was at a table today where a player ran the clock down every hand pre-flop before folding. What is the point in doing this?
and to clarify... when I say slow play I am not referring to the 'slow play' tactic when you try and draw a player in, I actually mean the English definition of the term playing slowly!
Seriously, when have you ever seen a live player taking a long time every hand to fold their hole cards. Fair enough, there are hands that players might want to take their time to think about... but every hand???
These players should be warned ...
Anonymous  Chances are that the player is playing multiple tables, sometimes up to 10 or 15 at once, and they are probably taking such a long time to fold because they are playing too many tables and it's too hard for them to keep up with it.

Did anyone see the longest drive competition yesterday evening on Eurosport between Europe and USA? I didn't catch the end of the event and wondered who won? And why were the drives measured in metres? I thought golf always worked on yards!?!?!?

I had a look at a site a few days ago where the 1st prize of a game was less than 2 euros. What is the minimum amount you would join a game to win?

Big price IMO Looking for his 4th consecutive US open and 5/2. I know Nadal has the form, but this is too big a price to not have a bet. Good luck all.
Nice tipping Chip, it was a while ago but he was back to almost his best for the tournament. 5/2 was way too big at the US open and as much as I wanted Andy Murray to win the final you have to repect that the best player won.

When it comes to 'beating the house' we all (should) know that the odds are against us when it comes to the numbers game. People who make the mark will do so through a system of some sort. Let's get one thing clear right now, there is no single ...
 Hi Iain,
I've heard similar comments before about being able to judge the area that a roulette ball can land but I find it extremly hard to believe that there is any scientific eveidence that it is humanly possible. How can a croupier create an ...
I don't know if this is a tried and tested method however I like playing blackjack and usually play 3-4 boxes at a table and I always play the last box 'killer box' too. My smallest bet is on the killer box (table minimum) and I try to use this ...
